Assurance Godin Ltée Alliance Assurance Holding Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of an equity interest in Assurance Godin Ltd., as of January 1st, 2001.

Assurance Godin will be managed as a separate entity and will have complete access to all Alliance’s resources, technology and marketing programs.

Located in Petit Rocher, Assurance Godin is operated by Denis Godin. Assurance Godin has been in operation since September of 1999 and has earned a solid reputation in the insurance community. Denis will continue to act as principal in the brokerage.

The members of Alliance wish to welcome Denis & his associates to its team. Denis started his carreer with CO-OP in 1995. Married for 16 years with two children, Denis is a member of the Knights of Columbus and coaches for Soccer Chaleur.

This partnership will allow Alliance Assurance to gain greater visibility across New Brunswick, assure a complete distribution of it’s personal, commercial, group and financial products while providing quality service to our current and future clientele.

Alliance Assurance has developed a structure to aggressively grow the business in a planned approach using state of the art technology combined with its call center. This structure is supported by a strong team with individuals dedicated to technology, marketing, underwriting and employee formation. In terms of premium volume, Alliance expects to report year 2000 figures of $30 million.
