Alliance Assurance Holding Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the above companies, as of January 1st, 2005.

Located in Dalhousie, Campbellton and Petit Rocher, the Brimsacle & Raill group of companies are operated by Daniel Raill, Linda Letarte and Denis Godin. B&R has been in operation since 1961 and has earned a solid reputation within the insurance community. In addition, they have positioned themselves as the major Broker force in their respective trading area.

Advantage Financing has been in operation since 1997 and under common ownership by Alliance and Brimsacle and Rail. Advantage Financing finances their own client’s premiums as well as other brokers in NB, Ontario and Manitoba.

The members of Alliance wish to welcome Daniel, Linda, Denis and their entire office team to Alliance. With 50 years of combined experience in the insurance industry and extensive community involvement, Daniel, Linda & Denis and their team will make a great addition to Alliance.

This acquisition will allow Alliance Assurance Inc. to have greater visibility across New Brunswick, assure a complete distribution of it’s group, personal and commercial group products and provide quality service to our current and future clientele.

Alliance Assurance has developed a structure to aggressively grow the business in a planned approach using state of the art technology. This structure is supported by a strong team with individuals dedicated to technology, marketing, underwriting and employee formation. This is further exploited by the franchise agreements of which Brimsacle and Rail participated.
